1. Services Provided

Travels in Mysore – Travels Mysuru is a travel and tour agency offering:
• Car and bus rental services
• Local and outstation tour packages
• Customized travel itineraries
• Hotel bookings and sightseeing arrangements

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Booking and Payment Policy
1. Bookings can be made online, via phone, or in person.
2. To confirm a booking, customers must provide complete and accurate information (name, contact number, travel date, destination, etc.).
3. A minimum advance payment is required to secure bookings. The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the trip or as agreed.
4. Payments can be made via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or approved online payment gateways.
5. Prices quoted are subject to change due to fuel prices, taxes, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the travel date: Eligible for a partial refund (subject to administrative charges).
• Cancellations made within 3–6 days before the travel date: 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of travel date: No refund will be issued.
• No-show or last-minute cancellations: No refund will be provided.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days through the same payment method used during booking.

Note: Refund policies for partner hotels, car rentals, or tour operators may vary and will apply accordingly.

4. Customer Responsibilities

By booking with us, you agree to:
• Provide accurate personal and travel information.
• Carry valid identification documents during travel.
• Abide by local laws, hotel policies, and travel safety guidelines.
• Be punctual for pickups, tours, and check-ins.
• Treat our staff, drivers, and partners with respect.

We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by your non-compliance with the above.

5. Travel Insurance

We recommend all travelers obtain suitable travel insurance (covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal belongings).
Travels in Mysore – Travels Mysuru is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that occurs during the trip unless directly caused by our negligence.

6. Vehicle Use Terms (Car & Bus Rentals)
• Vehicles will be provided as per availability and category booked.
• Drivers must not be forced to exceed safe driving hours or speed limits.
• Air conditioning in vehicles will be used only in plain areas unless agreed otherwise.
• Any extra hours, kilometers, or route changes not included in the package will be chargeable as per company policy.
• The customer will be responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle due to negligence or misconduct.

7. Limitation of Liability

Travels in Mysore – Travels Mysuru acts as an intermediary between clients and independent service providers (transport operators, hotels, etc.).
We are not liable for:
• Delays, cancellations, or changes caused by weather, strikes, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Loss of luggage, valuables, or personal items during travel.
• Injury, accident, or medical emergency during the tour (unless due to our proven negligence).

Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid by the customer for the service in question.

8. Changes to Bookings

We reserve the right to modify or cancel any booking due to operational issues, safety concerns, or force majeure events (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.).
In such cases, customers will be offered an alternative arrangement or a refund (as applicable).

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and trademarks — is the property of Travels in Mysore – Travels Mysuru or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use any part of the website’s content without prior written consent.

10. Privacy
